Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Duties:

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and acute care practices
- Experience in home care or long-term care settings is a plus
- Proficient in medical record documentation review
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
