Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the maintenance department - Fabricate and weld metal components as needed for repairs and projects - Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including logic controllers - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management - Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs - Interpret and follow schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues Skills: - Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of technicians - Proficient in fabrication and welding techniques for metal components - Solid mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair equipment efficiently - Experience with logic controllers for automated systems - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking - Ability to perform various facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
