Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess leadership skills, and excel in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front of house operations, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Train, supervise, and support front of house team members
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or banquet settings
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
