Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, motivated, and organized Office Engineer for a large infrastructure project in Staten Island.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project schedule and budget
• Interface with municipal client and contractors
• Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings
• Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI's, submittals and response letters to the contractors
• Prepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly project status reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required
• 3-5 years of construction management experience
• Public agency experience a big
• Experience developing processes to capture data and develop reports
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications are essential
• Knowledge of Site-Manager or Procore a big plus
• The ability to multi-task and handle numerous concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work as a team player across all firm departments
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must

- Compensation: Min: $83,000; Max: $104,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
