JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE : Bilingual Guest Experience Representative (Japanese / English Speaking)
REPORTS TO : Leisure Sales Manager
POSITION TYPE : Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt. Potential to transition to Full-Time, Hourly based on business and operational needs.
PAY RATE : $20 / hour
START DATE : ASAP, must have full availability (7 days / week for AM and PM shifts)
JOB SUMMARY :
The Bilingual Guest Experience Representative is responsible for facilitating effective communication between individuals or groups.
Interpreters are expected to use their language proficiency, cultural knowledge, and translation skills to translate spoken and / or written material from one language to another while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
