The Leather Institute has over 30 years of experience in leather care, maintenance, and restoration with over 20 years in aviation. We are a rapidly expanding company seeking to add to our team. Experience in refinishing or aviation is a plus, but not a requirement. We can train you from the start.

Employees report to our headquarters in Shrewsbury, some travel may be required. Travel to customer sites is done in company vehicles.

Compensation:

Starting pay $22/hr for first 60-90 days based on training and performance. Pay increase after training period.

Eligible for benefits at 90 Days.

Year end performance bonuses.

Requirements:

-10 Year TSA Background Check

-Pre-employment Drug Test

-Clean Driver's License

-Please list 2-3 professional references from previous employers.
