Ignite Education Solutions is hiring for a Specialized Program Counselor. The Specialized Program Counselor position exists to provide behavior modification counseling to the students in our K-12 student programs for at risk students. Counseling can be done in an individual setting, group setting, and/or a combination. Counselor will use the assigned counseling curriculum, Self-Esteem and Life Skills (SEALS PLUS), and PATHS and/or other preferred curriculum. Candidate will be required to complete 4 hours of counseling per week and 2.5 hours of counseling with each student (individual, whole group, or small group). Counselor is expected to understand responsibility as a mandated child abuse/neglect reporter according to PA State Law.

Specialized Program Counselor must possess one of the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree in psychology, criminology, or other related field. Candidates are required to obtain three clearances, physical, and TB test and must be current.

Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week during the school year
