The Learning Experience is the fastest growing National Childcare Franchisor and specializes in providing world-class child care services nationwide. As a result of our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking to employ for various positions! If you have a background and/or interest in Early Childhood Education we have a position for you! We provide extensive training, corporate support, and more than equip you with the right tools and assistance to perform your daily functions.

We are looking to fill a Center Director position immediately at our center in Dublin, Ohio. The Center Director will oversee the day to day operations of the center while demonstrating exceptional professional conduct and consideration for the educational development, safety and welfare of the children and staff.

Some tasks include, but not limited to:

Staff Interviewing and hiring qualified staff.

Providing appropriate orientation and training.

Supervising staff on an on-going basis, including the development of work plans.

Informing staff of license requirements and policy changes through regular staff meetings.

Prepare appropriate staff development training.

Scheduling to maintain an efficient number of staff to meet the center’s needs.

Providing support to staff and maintaining employee confidentiality.

Maintain current and accurate records (including all OH licensing required components)Children/Families

Complete enrollment information (including applications, immunization and allergy records)

Ensure that the center meets all licensing requirements.

Maintaining an environment that is tolerant and respectful of child and family cultures, values and differences.

Establishing relationships with individual children and families and being responsive to their needs.

Provide care in classrooms as needed to meet safety and licensing regulations.

Tour prospective families

Center Operation

Maintain the facility in accordance with OH licensing standards.

Maintain center records (includes emergency drills; building, fire and sanitation inspections)

Develop and update personnel and operational procedures.

Develop and maintain the annual budget.

Maintain payroll and benefits packages.

Monitor fee payments.

Order appropriate center supplies for provision of care (food, gloves, toiletries, supplies for classroom programs and activities etc).

Establish and maintain a healthy, safe and fun working environment.

Maintain and increase enrollment

Market/advertise business

Education/ Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field 3 Years of Supervisory and Administrative experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
