Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our child care facility. The Child Care Director will be responsible for managing the daily activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the child care facility
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including teachers and support staff
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to promote open communication and engagement
- Monitor the curriculum to ensure it meets educational standards and promotes child development
- Oversee the safety and security of the facility, including emergency preparedness plans
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in early childhood education

Skills:
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree in ECE, or a relating field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and engage children of different ages and backgrounds
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations for child care centers
