Opening Assistant: The opening assistant completes the initial first steps in opening a file.

• Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Sending letters of representation and other notices
• Entering accurate information into our database
• Contact clients to gather information
• Contact witnesses to get statements
• Order police reports
