The Laughton Team is Hiring a Real Estate Team Leader Near Dallas, TX

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating operations across Laughton team branches and teams. The Team Leader's responsibilities encompass various aspects of real estate management, sales and business development, team leadership, and strategic decision-making.

A successful Team Leader needs to be a strong communicator, an effective leader, and a knowledgeable professional who can navigate the complexities of the real estate market while fostering growth and success within the company.

Compensation:

$75,000 Bonus

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management

  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to team leaders and agent team leaders
  • Set performance expectations, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular feedback, reviews, and coaching
  • Coach and mentor team leads in driving per-agent productivity and results based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
  • Frequent onsite visitation of each branch to help coach on sales meetings, group coaching, individual coaching, and additional tactics needed
  • Address conflicts and challenges within the team or between team leads and team members in a professional and solution-focused manner
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth and development

Sales and Business Development

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and company revenue goals
  • Contribute to the development of regional business plans and strategies that align with broader company objectives
  • Participate in decision-making processes related to expansion, market-entry, and resource allocation
  • Identify agent blend of business opportunities and expand agent pillars of business
  • Collaborate with team leads and the head of agent productivity to develop effective programs, strategies, and techniques to enhance the agent/team journey and agent production
  • Work with department heads and leaders on compensation approvals, split changes, and credits needing higher approval authority
  • Assist in developing team leads for agent/team recruiting interviews and hire rates

Operations and Relationships Management

  • Oversee administrative functions such as team meeting in a box, quarter competition design/tracking, and implementation
  • Ensure efficient and effective workflows within the team, optimizing processes for continual growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments in how they relate and work directly with the team leads and agent team leads to service agents and teams
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, agent services, and training/development, to ensure seamless operations and effective communications
  • Establish partnerships with company power partners, such as power partner companies to support the team leads, agent team leads, and agents

Training and Development

  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members and leaders to enhance their skills and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with the broker and stay updated on changes in real estate regulations, and best practices and ensure team lead and agent compliance
  • Collaborate with the training and development team on items needing to be covered based on real estate trends and needed areas of improvement
  • Maintain and update company resources found in the Agent and Team Lead/ATL shortcuts

Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Collaborate with the Head of Agent Productivity regarding company-generated opportunity trends, performance, and areas of improvement
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the branches, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for the branches and teams for mortgage, marketing, and title capture rates
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to outline team performance and accomplishments
