Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telemarketing representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Campaign Management: Oversee telemarketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with company goals.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and campaign results to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
