What are we looking for?

• A Sales, Service and Toy Rental Manager for our small shop, gear and parts sales toy rental business.
• You must be able to work weekends - preferably 10 hour shifts Friday - Monday.
• Ability to tow a trailer, launch a boat and drive watercraft.
• Motorsport Dealership experience a plus.
• Desire to have fun and provide a great experience to renters and local community who support our small business. We rent Snowmobiles, Snowbikes, Seadoos, Pontoons, Canoes, Kayaks, SUP, and Ebikes. We have a small mechanic service center and retail shop that sells anything from Avalanche bags, snowmobile gear, parts, dirt gear and water toys!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and staff in our Rental and Sales Shop
- Maintain Rental and Service operations
- Manage all aspects of the business, from Sales, Service and Rentals
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette and customer service
- Provide communication and reporting to Resort Manager

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Service Center, Dealership, Powersports, Winter/Summer Recreation and Management
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic financials principles and business reporting
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in Leadership and management

• Ability to work weekends and holidays
