Review / resolve insurance statements, adjust accounts per office policy and contract agreements
Identify insurance payment errors and appeal with medical records or phone calls when necessary
Work EOBS daily
Assists with insurance benefit inquiries, eligibility, forms and appeals
Take payments for outstanding bills and make payment arrangements upon patient request
Knowledge of Insurance Claims Processing
Process Accounts Receivables
Revenue Cycle Specialist Requirements :
1-5 years of revenue cycle experience
Working knowledge and experience with cash handling and payment processing
Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
Understanding of HIPAA guidelines / regulations
