LaSalle Network has partnered with our dynamic real estate / construction client who is seeking a highly motivated Production Specialist, Direct Mail to join their Marketing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting strategic growth initiatives across our client’s company.

You will aid the Production team with the planning and execution of the direct mail process, while overseeing project timelines and budgets.

Marketing Production Specialist, Direct Mail Responsibilities :

• Streamline the direct mail production process under the supervision of Production Manager
• Ensure OHS is on schedule / target for mail dates and communicating this to team
• Supporting all marketing specialists in the following way : Onboarding, Training, Training Plans, Campaign Support
• Run status meetings with outside production vendor
• Aids with production estimating and actualizing of reports
• Support adoption of new project management tools
• Review and approve data and creative assets for accuracy
• Supports the printing / delivering of marketing materials

Marketing Production Specialist, Direct Mail Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred. 1 year experience in marketing
• Assertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision-making
• Undertake all aspects of work with a sense of urgency
• Deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work
