If so, join our client’s team! You will be responsible for accurately processing and submitting medical claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing reimbursement for our client’s esteemed institution.
Insurance Follow Up Representative Responsibilities :
- Conduct follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Identify and resolve insurance claim issues and denials
- Review and appeal denied claims as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve claim discrepancies
Insurance Follow Up Representative Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in insurance follow-up within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of insurance billing processes and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
