Air Export Agent Responsibilities :

• Prepare and oversee all essential export documentation
• Arrange and schedule air shipments with carriers, ensuring prompt and cost-efficient transportation of goods
• Serve as the primary contact point for clients via email and phone communications
• Monitor and trace shipments throughout the entire export procedure
• Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on shipment progress
• Maintain precise and current records of all export activities, utilizing logistics software and systems for streamlined data management
• Proactively identify and address any issues or delays encountered during the export process
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to devise effective solutions

Air Export Agent Requirements :

• Previous logistics experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcomed!
• Keen attention to detail complemented by excellent communication abilities
