We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician wanted for a large apartment community The Landings.

Must have two (2) years experience as a Technician in the multifamily industry.

•Must be HVAC certified

•Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing.

•CPO certified preferred.

•Must be a team player.
