Our well-established client, located near Schenectady, NY, is currently seeking temporary Maintenance Technicians to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will include : -Skill in applying paint to surfaces with precision and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in repairing and patching drywall to ensure a smooth and flawless finish.-Capability to move and assemble furniture efficiently, ensuring a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing layout.
• Thorough cleaning of the designated area to maintain a tidy and sanitary environment.-Flexibility and willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed to support the facility refresh project.

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician : -Previous experience in light maintenance tasks, including painting, hanging drywall, moving furniture, and general cleaning.

• Physical capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.-Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality results in painting, drywall patching, and furniture arrangement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions to achieve project goals.-Flexibility to handle various tasks and adjust to changing project needs.
