The Lambs Club is a fine dining restaurant in the Theater District. We are seeking experienced full-time bartenders with a passion for the industry. Potential candidates must be aware of current trends in all aspects of hospitality and take their work seriously.
- Mixology experience and the ability to create signature cocktails as well as production of syrups and garnish
- Must be able to produce high quality, consistent cocktails, and follow recipes
- Experience in a busy fine dining restaurant where expectations of guests are high.
- Possess leadership qualities and someone who wants to learn and grow within the business
- Be able to interact and connect with a diverse group of guests
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits
