Description

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including short and long-term sourcing strategy, candidate screening and selection for various operating entities and functional disciplines, including but not limited to senior level and highly competitive targeted technical and non-technical positions including Event Day hiring.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure assigned requisitions are filled with high caliber talent within the prescribed days to fill, while meeting diversity goals and monitoring candidate stability to reduce turnover. This will be accomplished through a comprehensive understanding of the business needs and company culture.
  2. Monitor key recruiting metrics to understand the effectiveness of the recruiting strategy and performance.
  3. Coordinate timely panel interviews, rating reviews, and selection decisions. Prepare offer letters. Partner with Corporate HR to streamline on-boarding, orientation and understand candidate drop off prior to date of hire.
  4. Effectively utilize all recruitment tools to acquire and manage talent. Focus on sourcing tools that provide precision exposure for key roles and virtual platforms for volume (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, social media, etc.). Identify and expand new and existing sources of technical talent.
  5. Lead the Event Day recruiting team through active supervision, coaching and resource management to support and ensure all departmental goals are achieved including days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover goals, and diversity.
  6. Partner with the Lead Talent Specialist to develop, implement, and focus efforts for influencing positive outcomes with all part-time, event day recruiting activities including strategy development based on business needs and labor market conditions. Analyze hiring and pipeline performance to adjust strategy when appropriate.
  7. Cultivate strong long-term relationships with sourcing networks and candidates. Ensure all key partners and unselected candidates have a positive experience at all stages of engagement. Maintain the ATS candidate files for future database management.
  8. Complete and distribute weekly Recruiting Reports to Division Heads and communicate the status of all active searches regularly with hiring managers, HRM and key stakeholders.
  9. Plan and support recruiting events. Build and promote the Company's brand and culture as a competitive differentiator in the recruiting cycle.
  10. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  11. Responsible for the creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards and HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for building great candidate experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with various applicant tracking systems, interview and sourcing platforms along with database management.
  • Experience partnering and consulting across multiple disciplines with many different leaders.
  • Must be curious, resourceful, team-oriented, and coachable.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and has ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
