**Job Overview:**

The Kombrink Team is looking for someone who is Hungry, Humble & Smart to join our dynamic and successfull team. Our team is the sales leader in the Fox Valley providing unparalleled service and results. Agents on our team earn six figure incomes and enjoy the benefits of mentorship/training from our experienced leaders and a balanced life between work & family.

**Duties:**

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value

- Display and market real property to possible buyers

- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)

- Maintain and update listings of available properties

- Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

**Qualifications:**

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson

- Strong understanding of real estate administrative processes

- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and practices

- Ability to analyze market trends to provide sound advice to clients

- Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building strong client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
