Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations / Plant Manager at The Kitchen Coop in Broomfield, CO. The Director of Operations / Plant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. This includes overseeing production, ensuring quality standards are met, managing staff, implementing and improving processes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
