Must be licensed in the state of Texas. Must reside in Austin, TX (or the surrounding area). This position is commission-based.

• Prospect, qualify, research, and close properties
• Deliver proven scripts, tools, and methods to prospective clients
• Lead generation and tracking metrics
• Show homes to clients based on their criteria
• Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics

• Proven experience in sales and/or customer service
• Strong drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
