Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our real estate team. As a Staff Listing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our Investor clients in selling their properties. Our company provides most leads and Prospects-You need to execute the listing. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Duties:
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Prepare and present listing presentations to potential sellers
- Assist clients in preparing their properties for sale, including staging and photography
- Create compelling property listings with accurate and detailed descriptions
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in local regulations

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Familiarity with property management principles
- Ability to effectively market properties and attract potential buyers
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
