The position requires extensive travel visiting customers, stores and Independent Operators.TheMarket Consultant primary functions are to align the needs of the Retailers and the Independent Operators andto increase, foster and improve the sale of the Company s products.Market Consultant conducts operational andsales activities by facilitating various and provenprograms within their markets and utilize their knowledge and expertise to assist company to develop and implement winning strategies.Market Consultants also maintain, and develop sales routes based on assessments of sales records and activities. This includes recruiting, training, and developing Independent Operators.Qualifications:Strong DSD background, preferably inbakery or similar highly perishable products.Able to train, guide, and advise Independent Operators.Must be able to run open and/or new routes.Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasksHigh energy and a drive for sales success and resultsAbility to travel extensively.
