You will lead and mentor a team of 26 reports (4 direct, 22 indirect). You will drive efficiency and excellence in maintenance systems and practices, at this critically important manufacturing plant. Collaborate closely with Quality, Safety, HR and the rest of the Leadership Team including Production to schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track and enhance maintenance function performance. What We Offer: Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 salary range, plus 15% bonus.
