DCPS provides commercial property services to 1,000 plus clients across Colorado. Our landscaping division is individually operated with a team of certified horticulturists, arborists, and irrigation specialists working to ensure high-quality services to our clients. DCPS is undergoing significant growth and is hiring talent to grow along with us.

Denver Commercial Property Services is looking for technicians to work in the Lawn Care, Plant Health Care, and Landscape Maintenance Divisions.

Denver Commercial Property Services is a dynamic, locally owned, fast-growing company that has established a solid reputation along the Front Range. This is position can be seasonal or full-time. Workdays are Monday through Friday. Opportunities exist to advance in the industry and company and learn from leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, and spray equipment, in a safe and prescribed manner to turf, trees, shrubs, and beds
• Mixing chemicals and driving a trailer with tanks and spray equipment
• Precise record-keeping of chemical applications made.
• Perform basic mechanics of spray equipment.

Qualifications Required:

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions with the capability of standing and walking throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail in work performance and accurate record-keeping.
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable
• Valid Colorado’s Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record
• Must be licensed on PHC.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
