Job Summary

The Striping Crew Lead position plays a key role within our company in the Asphalt Division. This requires the ability to estimate size, distances, and quality to perform the job.

Job Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with ADA regulations regarding parking lots.
• Set up, layout, stencils and measuring parking lots in compliance with the work order.
• Review and understand all equipment operations manuals.
• Confer with Project Managers for project assignment.
• Load and Unload 5-gallon buckets of paint from truck.
• Apply paint through the use of mechanical striping machines.
• Assist in job site cleanup.
• Participate in personal and field safety protection activities.
• Navigate to and from work sites.
• Assist in other fieldwork activities.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid, unexpired Driver’s License
• Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as length and widths.
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in parking lot striping and layouts.
• Prefer experience with Graco Auto Layout System
