Our client is looking for an Operational Risk Consultant Specialist
This is a long term contract that is hybrid in Chicago
W2 only, No C2C.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates timely execution of essential Business Risk operational processes including, but not limited to, business continuity planning, exam management and records retention
- Responsible for developing and executing risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, manage and report key operational, compliance and other risk types within Human Resources
- Participates in the monitoring of risk and control environment and helps identifies solutions to improve control effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 2 years in risk and controls
- Business Process Mapping
- Operational Risk Management
- RCSA / GRC tool (e.g. Archer)
