- Verifying insurances
- Setting up new patients
- Maintaining Patient tracking logs
- Working with clinical team regarding referrals, patient calls, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED
- EMR Experience
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a medical office / customer service experience
