Seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Small and Friendly Family and Pediatric Practice in DownTown Clermont , Florida.

We are looking for a candidate that can Multitask !!!.

Job Type: Full Time

We are opened Monday- Thursday . OFF Fridays

No weekends! No Major Holidays!!

Bilingual a plus !

Applicant must be able to perform the following essential /main duties:

Back Office Essential Duties:

*Vital Signs

*Injections/Vaccines

*EKG

*Chart Preps

*Authorizations

* Clia waived testing: Strep, FLU, RSV, Mono, Hemoglobin , Glucose Testing

* Assist in setting up for Well Woman exams

* Set up and assist Provider with minor procedures

* Occasional Front Office Duties

* Friendly

*Welcome Patients and Check in Patients

*Schedule appointments

*Answer Multi Line Phone and Triage calls

*Triage Patients

*Verify Insurance and Eligibility

*Collect Copayments and Deductibles

*Perform Prior Authorizations / Referrals

* Analyzing and working on Electronic Fax

***Applicant must provide 2-3 Professional References

***Minimum Experience 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
