Description: Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator 3
Duties and Responsibilities:

• SOW knowledge - must have a legal background (paralegal, JD, or MBA in Legal Studies) to understand what an SOW is, how used, how to draft and edit/redline
• Construction industry SOW experience is a solid plus
• An in-depth understanding of legal terminology and able to explain complex jargon to colleagues in simple terms to ensure that all parties understand what they are agreeing to when signing a legally binding document.
• The know-how to proactively track all communications between SAMSUNG and various accounts, providing updates when needed.
• Familiarity with using web conferencing (e.g., MS Meetings or Webex)
• Ability to craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
• Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and serve as a point of contact for matters concerning SOWS and MSAs
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Monitor contracts/SOWs and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what's best for the company. .

Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: must be able to communicate ideas effectively to the company, to the other parties involved in the contract and to stakeholders to keep everyone apprised of contract-related matters.
Negotiation: get the most benefit to the company possible out of any contract considered. Ability to justify SOW edits and understand when redlines come in what needs to be updated and why.
Confidence: It takes a strong attitude to successfully draft SOWs and various other legal documents.
