We are on the hunt for a contracts specialist who will be a dynamic member of the team, thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing contracts, and serving as a linchpin in the lifecycle of contractual agreements. This role is a long term remote contract opportunity for someone commutable to the DTLA area to pick up equipment and attend occasional in person meetings, conferences and the like.Key Responsibilities:1. Drafting, preparing and tracking a wide array of legal documentation, from contracts, amendments to change notifications, flowing between the non profit and vendors.2. Collaborating closely with the supervisor, contracts manager, and the legal team to craft boilerplate contracts and amendments.3. Handling all document administration duties, maintaining an orderly and reliable data repository in the contract management system.4. Serving as the primary liaison between the non profit client and vendors throughout the contract lifecycle, attending to contractual revisions, while maintaining excellent relationships.5. Assisting in other tasks that help streamline the department's operations. This may involve attending essential meetings, workshops, and conferences or participating in special projects.
