Our client is currently seeking a Associate Operations Analyst to work on a fully remote schedule on EST hours, but must be local enough to West Chester, PA to come on site once a quarter.
Position Title: Associate Operations Analyst
Department: Tech Operations (24/7 Team)
Position Summary: Entry Level IT Operations focused on learning and executing routine work, with regular guidance and clearly defined standard operation procedures and quality guidelines. Candidate must have an aptitude for learning IT system monitoring.
Must be proficient with communicating via Teams, Outlook and MS Office suite.
Monitors IT performance of the operations environment and will provide L1 support and incident response and resolution to Global QRG Infrastructure.
L1 support for platform scheduling, automation and FTP for enterprise solutions. Could include coordinating with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholder when needed.
Provides IT preventative maintenance on assigned technologies (enterprise network and telecom) following established procedures.
Provides incoming call support for all operation related IT incidents and escalations. Resolves recurring problems and documents appropriate procedures.
Will perform straightforward and routine tasks. Performs basic fixes to standard problems, following detailed instructions as defined by existing protocols.
May interact with clients to respond to questions and provide support.
Not afraid to ask questions and obtain answers timely.
After several months of training will be expected to identify opportunities for system improvements and escalates as appropriate.
