Compensation :

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Work diligently and efficiently every day, utilizing the provided appointments to their fullest potential
• Adhere to our established and successful process and model
• Effectively handle incoming appointments through phone and CRM
• Utilize our CRM and Technology platforms for seamless communication and documentation
• Engage with clients, identify their property preferences, locate suitable properties, and fulfill their needs
• Serve as a mediator between sellers and potential buyers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers
• Consistently network and market to generate referrals and repeat business
• Provide clients with the highest level of service and expert advice
• Collaborate with fellow team members to foster long-term real estate careers through support and learning opportunities

Qualifications :

• Must be available for full-time work and cannot work part-time
• Access to local real estate association membership / MLS is required
• A good technical background or a willingness to learn online and mobile tools is necessary
• Must be willing to learn The Jim Bottrell Real Estate Team process, use new tools, systems, technologies, and follow the company's protocol (CRM)
• Possess networking and strong phone sales skills
• Always display a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills
• Enjoy negotiating and building rapport with clients
• Must have a valid California Real Estate License
• Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels
• Must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Minimum High School diploma is required
