In this role you will :
- Ensure safe and effective operations in support of the manufacturing of products such as Meow Mix
- Collect and analyze data to help in delivering a consistent performance aligned with our expectations for the highest quality and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Flow to the work to assist teammates, as needed while promoting our Company culture as defined by our Basic Beliefs and Our Commitment to Each Other

What We’re Looking For :
- Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)
- A proven track record of good attendance and consistent performance delivering consistent safety and quality
- Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Able to operate, perform basic physical activities : climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment
- Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
- Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents
- Mechanical interest and operational skills
- Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results
- Track quality and waste metricsEmphasis on sanitation / cleaningAble to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
