The Ivy at Deer Lodge is currently looking for a Housekeeping Aide to join our team! We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Aide: 

  • Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager.
  • Clean (including vacuuming, wiping, mopping, polishing, etc.) rooms, offices, and common areas; polish and straighten items; confirm residents’ rooms are safe, comfortable, and maintained in an attractive manner and residents’ personal items are safeguarded.
  • Maintain a work area free of hazardous conditions, i.e., spills, excessive supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Keep work and storage areas in a clean, organized, sanitary, and safe condition.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications of the Housekeeping Aide: 

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
