Job Overview:

The IT Cart Corp, a leading technology company headquartered in Mississauga, Canada, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and providing comprehensive support across all stages of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing detailed technical information about our products and services to effectively address their inquiries.

Sales: Utilize your negotiation skills to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, ensuring the successful execution of commercial agreements and contracts.

Post-sales support: Offer ongoing technical assistance to clients, promptly addressing any issues or challenges they may encounter post-purchase and assisting them in maximizing their utilization of our products and services.

Qualifications:

While specific academic qualifications are not mandatory, candidates with a degree in a technical field will be preferred.

Demonstrated experience or strong knowledge in IT sales, technical products, or related fields.

Possess essential personal qualities such as self-motivation, competitiveness, resilience under pressure, strong teamwork skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.

Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Additional Information:

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting ambitious sales targets, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, promoting new products, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Furthermore, you will provide valuable insights and feedback to our head office, contributing to our continuous improvement and innovation efforts.

Salary and Benefits:
