Job Details

Title: Senior UX/UI Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX/UI Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences across our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users and drive business goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Translate user requirements and business objectives into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and development.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and tools.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of user experience within the organization.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints and maintain design systems and style guides.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with modern web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive user interfaces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
