Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, team player who is tech savvy, detail oriented and has a passion for customer service. This position requires strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail and a strong desire to work with people and data.

We need to fill evening shifts and Sunday morning shifts.

Duties:

• Ensuring high level of customer service to achieve high review scores.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with making reservations
• Provide accurate information about availability, rates, and amenities
• Process reservations and input customer data into the system
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Booking guests for future reservations including snowbirds.
• Taking payments.
• Sending building notifications.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Ensure accurate room availability information

Qualifications:

• Escapia software experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
