The Islander Group is Hiring a Sales Support Admin Near Mililani, HI

SALES SUPPORT ADMIN, Sales Dept.

$16-$18 per hour

Are you a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant that can support the Sales Dept. with Hawaii’s premier wholesale distribution company? Would you like to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm with benefits? We have free parking, and we support two warehouse locations in Mililani Tech Park.

We have been in business for over 30 years and are locally owned and operated. We distribute a variety of products throughout the islands and have long-standing relationships with numerous retail outlets.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copy machines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree and additional qualifications as an Admin Assistant are a plus.
