Title: Concur Administrator

Hours: Full-time

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 - Hybrid On-site/Remote (Local candidates will be prioritized)

Compensation: $23 - $30/hourly

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administration of the Company’s Travel & Expense management and corporate card platforms, including policy compliance, along with other fundamental accounting and administrative functions
• Audit and process expense reports to ensure compliance with company policy
• Serve as a Concur expert on features and functions for Travel, Expense and Mobile platforms
• Report policy compliance issues with Senior and Executive level management
• Manage new users and processor setup in multi-company/ multi-system environment
• Assist with generating reports, cross system reconciliation and other duties assigned

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• 2- 5 years of Concur Administrator experience in a corporate environment
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must be a local resident able to work in-office
• Prior experience with Supplier set-up and accounting functions within the construction industry and/or SAP Hana is desired
