We are seeking to add a Medical Coder and Registration/Charge entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for abstracting ICD10 and EM levels from provider progress notes or accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Access multiple programs current technology
• Prepare and sort documents.
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
• Review and enter data entry in the systems.
• Abstract and assign ICD10 and EM levels from charts.
• Provider feedback to providers on documentation discrepancies and/or improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
