General Support Technician
The General Support Technician will provide onsite AV tech support as a primary focus. They will support our staff and the events team to accommodate on-site/hybrid events and meetings to ensure operational excellence. In addition to the support of AV this person will also support the information security team. This team member must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with our team to meet our objectives of exemplary customer support.
