The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc is Hiring a Specialist, Sales Op.& Private Group Training Near Lake, FL

SUMMARY

The sales operations specialist will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support and various projects. This role will execute the sales operations activities, sales orders, client renewal, contracts, sales processing and private group training support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports Sales leadership and Sales operations leadership by providing high-level sales Ops and CRM support.
  • Offers internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team.
  • Monitors, implements and optimizes processes utilized by the sales teams.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to understand their operation needs and help achieve their goals.
  • Provides training and support to sales personnel on operations processes.
  • Supports sales in processing Group Renewals and Private Group training.
  • Coordinates the set-up of third-party vendor portals upon Sales request
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, within CRM. 
  • Understand and execute data segmentation and enrichment techniques within CRM. 
  • Helps with managing existing accounts and setting up of new accounts.
  • Perform routine process checks on lead routing rules and policies.
  • Conduct daily administration, project management and auditing of the CRM.
  • Contribute to research projects using various data sources such as CRM and Cvent. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Member Comptency and Learning, marketing, finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives. 
  • Supports our partner program by assisting with ad-hoc reports and assignments, such as but not limited to Invoice master Management and partner billing, inventory sheet management. 
  • Provide general ad-hoc day-to-day support as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the sales operations team as assigned by direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High level of proficiency in CRM Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite (office 365) required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales vocabulary, metrics and sales processes.
  • Detail oriented and able to maintain a high level of data accuracy.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Collaboration skills to work with different teams & stakeholders

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred; Three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with an international organization would be an asset to The IIA and its global goals. Experience working in an association desired. 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and experience with database management required. Intermediate or higher ability to work in a computerized environment. Microsoft CRM or other CRM database systems is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to compose and interpret materials relevant to the business. Strong communication with clients, leadership, and other stakeholders.
