The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is hiring a Building Maintenance Tech: FT 7am-3pm. As we are open 24/7, ability to work some weekends or other shifts is required.
Ensure our facilities are in excellent condition using basic general maintenance skills. Snake drains, fix TV/remote issues, paint/touch up rooms, minor appliance repair, carpentry, snow removal, etc. CPO a plus. Great opportunity to grow for someone with interest/ability in building maintenance!
Wage $20 per hour. Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintain the physical functionality of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, water park and work areas (sometimes working in awkward positions in small spaces).
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, light electric, and masonry.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use ladder through ceiling to access roof.
• Frequent lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, crouching, kneeling, stooping, reaching overhead for extended periods of time, grasp hand tools and talking as required.
