We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher.

The CSR/Dispatcher responsibilities include the following:

• Answering calls and questions from customers
• Communicate with the customer to determine service needs.
• Coordinating technicians/dispatching work.
• Schedule and notify technician of assignments.
• Enter necessary data into computer database.
• Performs related work as required.

CSR/Dispatcher Requirements:

• A professional and courteous telephone manner
• Customer service experience
• Student mentality
• Ability to think outside of the box.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members.
• Be punctual & reliable.
• Must have basic computers skills, and knowledge of applicable software

Starting wages for CSR/Dispatcher are based on experience: $14-$16/hour (Depending on experience)
