The Hotel Telluride is currently seeking a Front Office Manager to join our team. Our Front Office Manager is responsible for managing top line revenues for the hotel and managing the day to day operations of the front desk. This is a very hands on position and will require the ideal candidate to work closely with the associates and lead by example.
A successful candidate will have had experience at managing a front desk, managing staff and excelling in a fast paced environment. This is a leadership position and requires very strong guest services skills as well as strong mentoring skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring that front desk personnel are delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Responsible for resolving all guest issues/concerns in a satisfactory manner consistent with company standards.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing front desk personnel.
Responsible for developing and maintaining front desk procedures that allow for the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information in the Property Management System (PMS)
Responsible for balancing room inventory and resolving any discrepancies.
Responsible for scheduling front desk personnel in accordance with forecasted hotel occupancy levels
Responsible for working with GM/AGM to implement a comprehensive program to recognize and reward VIP guests.
A goal driven, competitive individual with the drive to win and a minimum of two years experience as Revenue Manager/ Front Office Manager.. Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 2 years previous Revenue/Front Office Management Experience.
