Core Responsibilities for New RBTs

  • Provide ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
  • Implement treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
  • Lead skill acquisition and behavior management in diverse settings.

Qualifications for Aspiring RBTs

  • Interest in fields related to ABA, Psychology, or Special Education.
  • Eagerness to learn and participate in hands-on training.
  • Pediatric or ASD experience preferred
  • No prior ABA experience necessary.
